De ITT Cannon, le système de connecteur Trident est conçu pour l'utilisation dans des environnements difficiles. Doté de joints pour fils à membrane et d'une bague d'accouplement en plastique résistant à la corrosion, ce connecteur est idéal pour l'utilisation dans les applications électroniques en extérieur et automobiles.
Neptune
Based on Trident Ringlok series, the Neptune range combines power and signal contacts. Widely used in automotive, marine and process control industries, they feature a strong bayonet coupling system with standard and reversed pin/socket combinations. A wide selection of backshell accessories, rear housings and dust caps are available.,To maintain IP67 rating the rear of the connectors have a rubber seal which is pierced upon contact insertion. The seal is held in place by a screw ring (as supplied) which may be replaced with the appropriate size backshell. For IP67 rating to be maintained, wire insulation diameters should be within the following diameters: Signal wires: 1.7 to 2.7mm, Power wires : 2.7 to 4.0mm.,Number of contacts shown as power/signal eg 2//13.
